Question about Symantec WinFax Pro for PC
I want to forward a fax that I receive through WinFax via e-mail. Now it seems that I should be able to do that but the screen is mostly greyed out when I attempt it. In trying to integrate the two programs to allow this to happen, all hell broke loose.
I am getting login failed error messages when I start the program. After trying to undo what I did, I get "Before you this change to your e-mail settings can take effect, you must restart Message Manager and the Controller." (I can't find anything about how to shut off the controller.) Lastly, anytime I get a new e-mail in Outlook, Message manger proudly announces that I have received a new fax.
What version of winfax are you using? what version of outlook?
Controller is the icon that appears in your system tray
