Storage Drive 2: Drive slot sensor for storage drive fault was asserted

Sounds like you have a RAID. Take a look at the RAID management software and see if the RAID is degraded. If it is degraded you probably have a bad drive on your hands. Replace the drive and the RAID should rebuild. If it is not degraded. I would turn the server off for a sec remove all the drives and blow out the RAID carriage. I tend to do this anyway on our servers every quarter to keep the system clean and cool.
Hopefully this helps.

Hi,
If two drives have failed out of a RAID 5 array, unfortunately i'm pretty sure that means that the array has degraded beyond its redundancy level.
Advanced data recovery may be able to help with getting your data back, but I wouldn't pin your hopes on it. Once two discs fail, the array becomes degraded, and the data is irrecoverable.
Did you manage to make a backup before the drive(s) died?

I get the error code 2000-0146 only when i run the f12 diagnostic

The 2000-0146 error code indicates a read/write failure of the hard drive. There is at least 1 sector that is failing on the drive. While it is working at the moment, the drive is failing and will over time degrade and eventually fail completely. Backup any important data, then replace the drive.

Battery light flashes 3 time orange and 1 green what is the error

The error is that the battery is beginning to fail. There is an internal failure that has been detected and the resolution is to replace the battery.

The battery will still function, but will slowly degrade until it fails completely.

1 logical harddisk degraded, RAID Poweredge

Revert back to original configuration of hdd in your RAID setup. Boot to SCIS BIOS and double check functionality of hard drives. The error is probably telling you that Disk1 is degraded because disk 0 is failing and you removed the wrong hard drive.

Sounds like the "Smart" status on one of the drives is degraded or one of the drives has failed.

Disappearing Drive

Sometimes this is a signal of a degrading PC, either the drive or the PC board. The drive is detected during POST, and if it does not respond then it will not appear on the drive list. Check for poorly made connections in the ribbon cable (if ATA)
