Generic problem for all Portable Televisions
Digital channels

We have just received this model bought online . One of the services mentioned is Freeview Digital TV (DVB-T), with Auto Tune . When we select DVB we get the response "No or bad signal". Do we need a seperate freeview box to access the digital channels ?
The analogue service works fine.

The transmitters are only in specific places and they seem to be expanding rapidly.
Use this tool to check if you are in their coverage zone.
