CX6600 not copying or printing (by 4 users)

Lights are on, message changes from"Standard" to "Plain 100%, Image 01 A4", constantly.It will neither print nor copy, no meassge comes up in right-hand corner of monitor regarding status.

I keep getting this same message on the display:

My CX6600 says load/eject, under this it says to press color button, which I've done. It sounds like it's printing and says it is but just comes out with blank pages.

will copy color but wll not copy black and white.
