Question about Canon PIXMA MP210 Photo All-In-One Printer
I want to install my new Canon PIXMA MP610 all in one printer but need to know how to disable the anti-virus and automatically loading programs. The directions say to disable them before you start to install the printer on the computer. I have a windows system. Can you help?
thanks, liz
I think that suggestion really only applies if you run into problems when trying to install the driver files. Most current antivirus programs will let you load drivers and associated software without interrupting.
If you do run into snags, you can close the programs (or temporarily inactivate them) by right-clicking on the icons on the task bar in the lower right corner of the desktop and selecting 'Close'.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
