Not really a good way to explain how to get to the fans but looking at the=> SRS585HDIS Parts Diagram may help you see what is in the way. You also can contact Big Warehouse Spares. Parts for your model HERE=> SAMSUNG Refrigerator SRS585HDIS (RS21HDUPN1/XSA) Parts If this refrigerator is like most dual evaporator refrigerators made by Samsung the fan will not be the problem. The problem is a design flaw that causes ice buildup on the fridge side evaporator. You can clean the defrost drain and manually defrost the evaporator with a hair drier.. That fix should last a couple months unless there is a door seal problem causing excessive moisture buildup on the refrigerator side evaporator. I am here should you have any questions, Thanks John Tripp Appliance 911
The number you will need is the model number. On side by side models there are a few places to look. 1- inside fridge on right or left wall. 2- Open fridge door and look up near the top front lip. 3- Open both doors and look on body of fridge under the doors. 4- Fridge door sometimes there is a sticker right when you open. Mostly you are looking for a silver sticker or silver plate. It gives you a model number and serial number. If you need further assistance please mail me back.
