Problem for Fortec Star Lifetime ULTRA
Action hbs not getting IP

the action hbs is working fine with the fortec receiver at the shop..
but when i try the same connection.. action hbs wudnt connect to the
internet. it is just showing 255.255.255.255 as the ip address.. subnet
mask, gateway..
whatever amount of restart cable change.. and everything is of no use.. But ADSL is working fine in both wireless and physical LAN connection for a computer.
Please help
