Question about HP LaserJet 3030 All-In-One Printer
The problem is related to either the toner cartridge or the fuser assembly. If you have changed the toner since the problem started, then it is the fuser. The fuser's job is to melt or "fuse" the powdered toner to the page. If the roller in the fuser is worn out, it will repeat the image as sort of a negative further down the page. The part # is RM1-0865 but this part should be replace by a certified technician.

Depending on where the problem originates, this could be a bad wiper (cleaning) blade, faulty corona, or incomplete fusing.
It is easy to determine where the problem is located: Interrupt a printout in mid-stride (where part of the paper is between the toner/developer and fuser. If the un-fused image has ghosting, it is a fault in the area of the drum
