Rather than seek a lengthy explanation it will be good that you follow the guidlines in the manual received along.
Starting from the bobbin at the top the thread must be passed around to reach the needle in the sequence described. This machine ahs a automatic tthreading and so the automatic threading feature enables the machine to thread itself from the top thread spool through the eye of the needle.

Thread is bunching up then breaks on the top

The top thread breaks
1. the needle thread is not threaded properly
2. The needle thread tension is to tight
3. The needle is bent or blunt
4. The needle is incorrectly inserted
5. The needle thread & the bobbin thread are not set under the presser foot when starting to sew
6. the threads were not drawn to the rear after sewing
7. The thread is either to heavy or to fine for the needle
8. Try a different spool or cone of thread

I have a WHITE 3300 EMBROIDERY MACHINE and the thread bunches up at the bobbin site. I have tried a new needle, adjusted upper thread tension , changed bobbin threads and nothing helps, it keeps bunching...

Refer to your machine for cleaning the bobbin area.

You will need to clean this area often as lint and thread snips can build up can cause the bobbin feed to malfunction.

If this continues after you have cleaned the machine, the timing may need to be adjusted by a sewing machine tech.
