If you have moved pics from your computer to the card and then inserted the card into your camera, the card is now formatted to the computer, not the camera. You're supposed to format the card in the camera.
HI, I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I PURCHASED A BOX OF 30 DISCS THAT WERE FORMATED. I FOUND THAT 12 WOULD GET THE "NO DISC" MESSAGE. SO I WENT AND FORMATED THEM MYSELF ON MY COMPUTER, AND NOW ONLY 2 ARE NOT WORKING. I HAVE TWO OF THESE CAMARAS AND FOUND THAT ON BOTH THE "NO DISC" MESSAGE WOULD COME UP, SO FOR ME I KNOW BOTH OF MY CAMARAS ARE ALRIGHT, THAT IT IS SOMETHING WITH THE DISC.
completely uninstall everything associated with the initial install of the camera, might require going into the registry and looking for any instance of the camera. Before you try reinstalling, make sure you have the most recent version of explorer as new scripts require updated IExplorer.
