SOURCE: I replaced my Rheem Ruud

When the purge motor turns on, the controller is waiting for proof that it is running before ignition. On your model I think it a differential pressure switch and it should be in front of the furnace. Should be able to see a pressure or vacuum line running to. If it isnt there there may be a switch inside purge motor. If there is more than 2 wires running to the motor it probable is there. Anyway the controller is waiting for proof.

SOURCE: blower fan wont shut off

Try cycling the switch at the furnace to reset the blower board. If this doesn't work remove the green wire from the blower board(computer board) to eliminate a shorted t-stat or shorted wire between the furance and t-stat. If blower remains on, then blower board is shorted. I've seen all these problems.

TURN THE POWER OFF TO THE UNIT. TAKE THE BACK PANEL OF OF THE HEAT PUMP AND LOOK FOR A SQUARE PLASTIC BAG FASTENED TO THE INSIDE OF THE UNIT, IT MAY BE LOCATED BY THE CONTACTS AND SYSTEM WIRING OR ON THE PANEL ITSELF. REMOVE THE PAPER FROM THE PLASTIC AND THIS SHOULD CONTAIN YOUR WIRING DIAGRAM. ALSO LOOK ON THE BACK OF THE PANEL ITSELF FOR THE DIAGRAM. SOMETIMES THE DIGRAM IS PRINTED THERE.

Rheem furnace ,2nd green light blinks 5 times then pauses. I have only 1 furnace, not a twin

5 flashes is a "neutral polarity failure".
on the motor:
White is the neutral and must be plugged in to one of the 3 neutral slots on the control board (usually on the left side of the board)
The other 4 wires (black, red, yellow, brown) are power to the motor and should be connected to the appropriate pins on the control board.

My Rheem gas furnace will not kick on at all when set to auto. When I mannuly turn it on it does not put out warm air it just blow cold air.

Sounds like you may have an error code stored on the control board. Look for a small viewing port and look into the furnace cabinet for a blinking light. Once you find the light, remove some of the front panels and look for a wiring diagram pasted on one of them. There should be a diagnostic chart on the wiring diagram assisting you to pinpoint the area of the furnace that has an error. Good luck!
