Question about Dell 3010cn Laser Printer
I have barely begun using a brand new Dell 3010cn Laser Printer and upon its second use, am getting an error message that says "RESEAT DRUM". No matter what I do, that does not solve the problem. It is a brand new drum. Is there a way to fix this??? It is VERY EXPENSIVE to just buy a new drum. I purchased this from a company that never used it, so the one year warranty is expired...
The information I have on that error is as follows:
From the Dell TS Guide:
1. Replace the cartridge with a new Dell Branded one
2. If cartridge doesnt resolve, replace the left Intermediate Belt Transfer (IBT) guide assembly.
3. If that doesn't fix, replace the Machine Control Unit (MCU)
