Voice recognition on Motorola A1200 (by 2 users)

Heeeelllpp...my voice recognition wont work, and i lost the function because i accidentally reseted my cellphone. How do i get back the voice recognition function?

I tried to use the voice recognition to release my the code but i tried too many times and it wouldn't come back on please help.
