How can I get a copy of instructions for Cuisnart convection oven TOB 165?

Cuisinart has the manual for the TOB-165 on the Product page; it's a discontinued model. See https://www.cuisinart.com/discontinued/toaster_ovens/tob-165.html . The direct link to the instruction book is https://www.cuisinart.com/share/pdf/manuals/tob-165.pdf . (Note: you will need Adobe Reader or a similar program to read or print the manual.)

I hope this helps.

Ge dryer way too hot. I have cleaned all the lint out but still way too hot. unplugged vent hose and ran machine still too hot. Took apart machine and tested continuity of heating element and its fine....

I do not know your definition of "way too hot". Remove the exhaust vent and insert a accurate thermometer in the dryer exhaust. Run the dryer on high heat. The temperature should get up to 165 degrees then cool down to about 125 degrees then back up to 165.
If it goes above 165 and stays there replace the high limit thermostat.
If it cycles correctly it is OK.

Oven won't heat. Replaced the element, but still won't heat.

Which element..?? there are 3... Check for voltage to the bake element.!!! (2 legs of 110-120 VAC) Does your broil function work.? Convection.? or did "bake" flake out.? the relay boards are not very robust in these ovens, and manufactured as cheaply as possible. The board mounted relays develop cracks in their soldered connection to the PCB over time, resulting in intermittent opens for some of the relays. Spend some time narrowing down the relay controlling the circuit that is dropping out, and re-solder the node. Sometimes just hitting it with a soldering pencil will be enough to restore the connection, but I would recommend adding a little silver solder to the puddle. It will help keep that connection from opening again.! Heck, while you're at it, re-solder all the board side relay nodes to prevent future issues.. or just replace the $165 board.. :)

Range will default to 165 degrees

HI, You will need to check the oven sensor wires that link the actual sensor to the main control board. Make sure that the contacts are connected properly, and not loose, or corroded. If all the wiring checks out, test the sensor for the correct resistance readings.(you will need a multimeter for this test)

The most common oven sensor should be approximately, 1100 ohms when at room temperature. The others may be close to as follows:

100°F - 1143 ohms
200°F - 1350 ohms
300°F - 1553 ohms
350°F - 1654 ohms
400°F - 1753 ohms
500°F - 1949 ohms

If the sensor test is adequate, and the wiring is Ok at the control, this will lead to a failed control board. replace the control in this case.

Oven does not heat to proper temperature. Starts at 165 F when before it started at 100 F. Bottom element goes out during warmup.

your temp sensor or oven control board is bad. Temp sensor should have around 1080 Ohm resistance in room temperature.

Jgr8855bds range - oven problem

that's too long, check to see if you have flame in the broiler section, i'm thinking not. see if your ignitor is just staying on without igniting burner, ignitors will produce that much heat in that amount of time. if no flame at butner, replace ignitor.
