My phone is in wrong language (by 3 users)

My very inteligent friend decided to play and put the phone into chinese, i cannot read the writing so i am struggling to get it back into english and i dont have any of the books to advise me. Any ideas???

i recieved a new phone and my finger slipped and hit the spanish button...i cano get it back.
