Mine has a lower right button marked reset. Hold it for three seconds and the seconds will start to flash. The top right button changes it, the bottom left button moves on to minutes, etc. When you're done, hit the lower right button again.

Yeah we lost the directions too and now it isn't the right time... unless you live in another time zone.

Once in the setting mode for the alarm I do not believe it will stop flashing. It is when you put the watch back on the time mode then hit the reset button you will see not only the alarm time but it is there where it no longer flashes. I know this is weird but it is what it is.

my alarm wont stop flashing when im trying to set it. Pressed all the buttons i could to get it to stop. I guess its gonna stay that way till I figure it out.
