Check the ink levels, and that there is not a paper jam.
if nothing of those two, try uninstalling and re-installing printer drivers. sometimes you can unplug the printer for 20-30 minutes. which may enable it to reset to it,s default settings. if this does,nt help. refer to the user manual.

HP toll free number 1800-474-6836 they will change the printer if the warrenty period is there.
