Consider NOT using a driver.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

Need to find out how to download my pic's and

Right click on the document or folder that you would like to copy to your flash drive and then select the option COPY from the drop down list.

Now navigate to your flash drive. Double click My computer and then double click your flash drive, drive letter. Usually shown as removable drive.
Now right click in your "flash drive" and select the option to PASTE.

This process will simply copy files from your computer to your flash drive.

Take care!

Canon SD100 Powershot Can't download pics

You may have accidently removed the photo programs you were using. Check to see if the software programs are indeed still on your computer by searching by name. If it or they are there , open one of the programs before you connect the camera and it should automatically download.

If they have been removed use the disc that came with your camera to reload the software program.

Downloading from pc to digital photo frame

Solution:

1. I don't think the USB Cable was given to Download Photos from the computer - I think it was given to upload photos to the Computer.

2. The manufacturer has either gave you the wrong cable for a different type of Operating system or you are trying to put it in the wrong port.

Suggestion:

1. Call a Technical Support Line (Probably found on back of instruction booklet.)

or

2. Send the Product back to the company.
