1) Are the Logitech keyboard, and mouse USB? Do they have a USB connector on the end of their cables?
If you use a PS/2 connector adapter, you'll be able to workaround this problem, and use System Restore.
Example:

Then try to use the System Restore disks again.
Or borrow a keyboard and mouse that use a PS/2 connector, and try to use the System Restore disk/s again.
2) Under the B in Back, and under the N in Next, see if there is an underline. ( _ )
If so you can press the b key, and the Enter key to use Back.
Same for Next. Press the n key, and Enter key.
