If you are able to turn on your phone but it remains blank, you can format it. How ever this will erase all your phone memory data as your phone is restored to factory settings. Your memory card and SIM card data will not be affected how ever. To format your phone, use the following steps.

My N72 (Nokia) phone’s display shows blank when switched-ON. Blank in the sense means that the display lights are ON, but no images in the display. Sometime the dispay comes and goes. In addition, the phone is not ringing or can’t make calls. Can anybody help me?
