Try it on another pc to make sure it's not a software problem. If it's still unresponsive then it's a hardware one: either the internal interface or one of the hard disks inside it is damaged.
To diagnose which you must take the disks out of the case and install them in a desktop with native RAID capabilities both hardware (the RAID chip is on the motherboard) and software (all the drivers are already in place) - before starting Windows make sure the matrix is set in the BIOS as RAID0. If now the disks are running fine then the interface of the case is dead, if not then one of the disks is dead. Install and run
http://www.hdtune.com/files/hdtune_255.exe
and use it to test the disks.
Unfortunately if one of the disks is dead then the data is lost RAID0 doesn't have recovery capabilities.

EMachines eMD620 suddenly shutdown and not boot anymore

When this happened was the laptop overly hot? If the laptop's head got too high it could have shutdown to protect itself. It wouldn't boot until the heat had disparate. Sit you laptop aside for about 30 minutes and see if it will boot then. If it does you might want to check out a cool mat.

My hard drive is not being recognize

A Hitachi USB external hard drive is a device that acts as portable, removable storage for your personal computer. If you need additional space to house files on your computer but don't want to go to the trouble of installing an internal drive inside the case, a USB external hard drive is your best option. These drives are "plug and play" devices, which means that very little can actually go wrong. If you're having problems, fixing them shouldn't take more than a minute or two.

Check your connections. A USB cable needs to be connecting your Hitachi external hard drive to your computer. Your external hard drive's power cable also needs to be plugged into a functional wall outlet, surge protector, extension cord or power strip. Make sure your Hitachi USB external hard drive is turned to "On." An "On/Off" button is present on the front of the unit. If the indicator light around said button is not illuminated, the drive is "Off" and your computer won't be able to recognize it. Press it to turn it on and then try to access your drive again. Format your hard drive. If your Hitachi USB external hard drive doesn't currently have a file system on it, you won't be able to use it to store data. Open up the "Computer" icon in the "Start" menu. Right-click on your USB external hard drive's icon and click "Format." Click "Start." This will install a file system on your Hitachi USB external hard drive. After this process is finished, you will now be able to use your drive. Restart your computer. Certain models of computers (especially older models) won't recognize new hardware unless your computer boots with the hardware already connected. Leave your USB drive plugged in and restart your computer. Once you do this, your Hitachi USB external hard drive should appear as normal in the "Computer" folder with all of your other drives. Hope this helps.

Gateway GT5220 bios works no boot up

If the issue was the video card then there would be no display. If there was any display it would be discolored.

Try unplugging any removable media that's hooked up to the computer. After that try to boot it up.

If it still doesn't go anywhere then you most likely have a power supply issue on your hands. try unplugging an unnecessary components inside the computer such as any CD/DVD drives and removing any cards installed. Pretty much everything but the motherboard and the hard drive. If it still doesnt boot properly then you might either have to buy a new power supply or a new motherboard as long as you know your hard drive is good.

The thing si if it was an issue with the hard drive you would get an error message. If you seemed to have left out any error messages please post them.

2nd Hard drive not recognized

Hi,
If your using IDE hard drives i would try to put them both on the same cable on the primary IDE controller. Then set you main hard drives jumpers and the second hard drive to cable select not slave. Try to boot if the boot fails your goiong to need a Windows 98 boot floppy with FDISK. You need to start up the 98 boot disk with out CD support then when it reaches a command prompt start fdisk. ONce fdisk is up format and partition the second drive. Now it should work. :) Check that the harddrive is detected in the BIOS, it may have become disconnected, it should also be the master drive on the primary IDE. If the drive is not detected in BIOS there is little chance of it working

Thank you....
