Question about Insignia IS 20" TV040919 TV
I have an Insignia TV and it used to work fine till 10days ago. Suddenly it stopped working. The TV does not turn on. THere is no light indicator or anything. Looks like no power to the TV set.
Cld u pls suggest.
SOURCE: TV does not switch on.
From the symptoms you describe, it seems the high voltage
flyback autotransformer has failed along with the horizontal amplifier (they
are slaved to each other). It could even be a blown fuse..
Well, the only way to solve this is to get a technician take a look at the set, I'm afraid. Repairs could cost upto $100 or more, depending upon the number of components that need to be replaced,
Hope that helps!
