TV problem

I have a Sharp flat screen 20 inch tv, the tv is working fine except for one channel nbc or channel 4,there is no sound every channel has sound,except channel 4,what to do?

GuruMight be as simple as you have the SAP or second audio progam turned on, go in to the sound menu of your set and see if it's set to S.A.P if so turn it to Stereo
