Question about Ricoh Aficio GX5050N Printer
Being that this printer should only be about a year old you should contact ricoh directly as it should not be having this problem with a printer this new. Follow this link and scroll down to the sales and services locations section and locate the nearest service center near you and contact them directly about having the printer serviced under warranty because it should not be having this issue on this new of a printer and you can expect a certain amount of use out of a printer of this nature and it definitely isn't reaching those expectations.
If you need further assistance please let me know.
