Using a broad screwdriver pry the plugs out of the side of the pods. Then will come rite off. When installing the new ones be sure to get the right and left sides correct.
Or you can take the head to the pool store and they will do this for just the price of parts.

How to print #10 envelopes on a Xerox 3610 printer?

Solution : Print on Envelopes You can print envelopes from the Bypass Tray only.
Guidelines for Printing Envelopes
  • Print quality depends on the quality and construction of the envelopes. Try another envelope brand if you do not get desired results.
  • Maintain constant temperatures and relative humidity.
  • Store unused envelopes in their packaging to avoid excess moisture and dryness which can affect print quality and cause wrinkling. Excessive moisture can cause the envelopes to seal before or during printing.
  • Remove air bubbles from the envelopes before loading them into the tray by setting a heavy book on top of them.
  • In the print driver software, select Envelope as the paper type.
  • Do not use padded envelopes. Use envelopes that lie flat on a surface.
  • Do not use envelopes with heat activated glue.
  • Do not use envelopes with press and seal flaps.
  • Use only paper envelopes.
  • Do not use envelopes with windows or metal clasps.
To Load Envelopes in the Bypass Tray:
  1. Open the Bypass Tray.

  2. 3610-bypass-op-gd.jpg

  3. Move the width guides to the edges of the tray.

NOTE: If you do not load envelopes in the Bypass Tray right after they have been removed from the packaging, they can bulge. Flatten them to avoid jams.
  4. To load envelopes, select an option:
    • For Number 10 envelopes, load the envelopes with the short edge going into the printer, flaps down, and flaps to the right.
    • For C5 envelopes, do one of the following. If the envelopes wrinkle, try another option.
      • Insert envelopes with the print side up, flaps closed and down, and flaps going into the printer.
      • Insert envelopes with the print side up, flaps closed and down, and flaps going into the printer.
    • NOTE: When loading Monarch or DL envelopes, remove the Multipurpose Tray.
  5. On the printer Control Panel, press the Menu button.

NOTE: To navigate through the menu, use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
  6. Navigate to Tray Settings, then press OK.
  7. Navigate to the Bypass Tray, then press OK.
  8. Navigate to Tray Mode, then press OK.
  9. Navigate to Panel Specified, then press OK.
  10. To return to the previous menu, press the Left arrow button.
  11. Navigate to Paper Type, then press OK.
  12. Navigate to Envelope, then press OK.
  13. To return to the previous menu, press the Left arrow button.
  14. Navigate to Paper Size, then press OK.

My navigator gets stuck when it encounters the steps. It will not move but flaps around and does not move. I have changed the bearings, the flaps, the feet and have replaced anything else that has worn...

It could be that you have improper water flow. Use the water flow gauge and adjust the flow if necessary. It could also be a steering failure. Check the pool cleaners rear screen and clean it if necessary. Make sure that the cone gear is free and rotates smoothly in both directions. You could also need to replace the gear box.

Front and rear flaps are not flapping

It is possible that your pool cleaners shoes and/or wings have become worn. If you can see any visible wear and tear, you will need to replace them. If you are referring to the rear tension flap, there is a rear flap adjuster that you will need to loosen.

My Navigator Pro does not go up the pool wall any more. I have checked for air bubles in the hose, all Okay

Make sure that the shoes and wings are not worn on your automatic pool cleaner. Replace them if necessary. Make sure that there is not improper water flow. Clear any blockages in the throat. Make sure that your hose is not too short. Check for proper tension in the cleaner's rear flap.

Does not move even after replacing shoes

The other parts that need replacing about every 12-18 months are the wings, flaps, pods, A-frame, turbine and, not as often, the gearbox. Also, make sure you tighten the screws on the pods all the way or they won't be able to move the cleaner properly.

You can try "A" frames and a new paddle wheel. If these are bad the suction can be real good and you can get some movement out of the cleaner but as soon as it get's a load on it, it will stop.

Make sure to keep the leaf canister and pump basket clear. Another thing to check is; make sure the screws that hold on the pods(the "flippers" on the sides) are Really tight. Those need to be cranked down pretty hard to ensure that they can move the cleaner along.

My navigation bug is moving very slow any suggestions...it has new flaps and is not clogged.

With this kind of automatic pool cleaners, I would usually suggest that you first check the flaps and check for clogs, so you made good first attempts. My next suggestion would be to check your water flow. Make sure that it is strong enough and adjust the water flow gauge if necessary.

Why are the paddles not working on pool cleaner?

Your shoes or wings might be worn/broken. If this is the case, they will need to be replaced. Also, you might have improper tension in the rear flap. There is a built in rear flap adjuster on these automatic pool cleaners that you should be able to turn. That will give you the proper tension on the rear flap.

It wouldn't hurt to replace the pods (paddles). Also, the wings, flaps, A-frame, turbine, feet(shoes) and the gearbox. All of these things wear and should be done about every 12-18 months, as needed. Before you do any of this, though, try tightening the screw on the pod that's not working. These screws need to be very tight.
