Press the Fn and the F9 key at the same time on your keyboard. Double click the small WiFi icon on the lower right side of the Desktop. Select the Wireless Information tab.

Often there is a switch or Fn key that turns on/off the wireless card.
You may have accidentally turned off your wifi card. On my net book Fn
F2 is my on/off switch for wireless. Yours may be different. It will
look like a tower with parantheses radiating from the top like a radio
tower. Try turning it back on.
You can connect a wireless keyboard to a Sylvania SYNET07526 as well as a wireless mouse. (I suspect that a USB wired Keyboard will work).
If you are having trouble typing on the small keyboard of your net book. You can insert a USB transmitter in the port and use a wireless keyboard. It works also with a wireless mouse. I did not have a wired USB key board to try but I suspect that it would work also.
Ooops there's no CD drive on this puppy so you will have to be on line to down load the drivers from the internet.... if you are really trapped, that is, the wireless mouse manufacturer has no drivers on line but you do have the installation CD you will have to transfer the CD to a usb memory stick or get an external USB dvd drive which is the better option since you can now use it again to run DVDs on your net book.. on the other hand if you'r lucky just plug it in and turn it on then press the seek button on the mouse and windows will automatically find and install your wireless mouse ....good luck.. !
If it's not seeing wifi networks, more than likely, there is something wrong with the adapter. Try these steps:
1.) Look for a WIFI switch on the side or front of your laptop and make sure it is set to the ON position.
2.) Check Device Manager to make sure the driver is installed and working. If it's not, uninstall and reinstall.
3.) Go into Network Connections and make sure the Wireless Connection is set to Enable.
4.) If none of that works, perform a System Restore to a time when everything was working.
5.) If this doesn't work, you need a WIFI adapter replacement.

The SYNET07526 is a very limited net book. It is more like a crippled smart phone than a net book. It does not have enough memory to load and maintain a full operational network site, rather it has to go to a site that supports a smart phone and limited information. Not all sites have a smart phone network and your book does not have an application that can handle a conversation on face book. You are limited with what applications you have on your net book.

Hello, I think you have to click a tab marked 'power on' , which then , confusingly, changes to 'power off'. Take a look at this really good video review which may help.

Yes, but you have either have to have access on the router or if it is a free connection you will have to scan for that router to gain access and click on the router that is open to you if you have a wireless card in the Sylvania G net book which should have a wireless card built into the mother board. It will take you to set up your net book for wireless connectivity. 2. If you are trying to get connection through wireless router via a home network the administrator will have to allow your net book to have access, that is he will have to give you permission to connect with either a MAC address or an IP ( internet Protocol address).
