It stopped working. And now instead of all three lights being on, only two are green and the other is off (Power and 800MHz)

    Thanks for your answer.

As a matter of fact I have two amplifiers and obviously an inside and an outside antenna. I know for sure that this amplifier isn't working , but how do can I tell that the other parts of the system are not working either? The second amplifier only has a power light that turns on green. The outside and inside antennas have no indicators since they are not connected to a power line.

I'm afraid the second amplifier isn't working either because I've tried connecting it without the first one (only one amplifier working when there were two at the same time) and have still no signal at all.

There was recently a thunderstorm here and that's when it stopped working. I need to know if I need to replace the entire system or just this amplifier. I hate this, these devices are so expensive...

    Thank you for your help

Hello,

Mine did something similar, when I switched to a yagi antenna. Per the wilson tech, there wasn't a light on the 1900 part because the tower that I aimed my yagi at didn't support that band.

I suspect that a similar issue has crept into your installation. If you didn't change antennas or alter your installation, then something has limited the 1900 band from reaching your amplifier. Give a quick check of the coax running between the amplifier and the outdoor antenna. Make sure to remove each connector (amplifier must be turned off first though - very important), and look for any kind of water entry or other issues. Remedy as necessary.

Did you happen to get a red light before the light went out altogether on the amplifier? Red indicates that it is not operating normally (oscillating / feedback), and may have damaged that portion. Either way, if the light doesn't come back on, contact Wilson Electroncis (www.wilsonelectronics.com) and talk to their service department. They are quite helpful.

I know it can be frustrating, and quite expensive. I have 3, but installed at different locations (1 fixed, 2 mobile).

I am not sure if I understood your arrangement. You have 2 amplifiers working back to back (1 feeding the next), or they are 2 independent systems?

The antennas won't have indicator lights, I was referring to the status lights on the amps themselves (normally green, but will turn red, or not on at all). You do need to check the connections on the coaxial cable though to rule out water invasion as the cause of your problem.

As you know already, green is the condition that you want. For that particular band, a signal has been detected, and is being processed by the amplifier. Red is a warning that something (usually oscillations / feedback) is occurring in that part (band) of the amplifier. Dark is indicating that it is not able to see the signal, or that section is not working at all.

Given that there was a thunderstorm, you very well may have had a surge on the electrical, or via the antenna. Please detail how your system is setup though. I would think that whichever amplifier is connected to the outdoor antenna would the suspect. I am curious that you might be running 2 amplifiers back-to-back, this would also be a bad situation, and 1 amp or the other would likely be damaged. Please clarify.

Rather than replacing a damaged amp, you should look at the costs of having it repaired. I think that you will be surprised at how reasonable it can be compared to replacement cost. Of course, you will be without the use of that amp for however long it takes (4 days has been my quickest turnaround).

Again, please post back with your setup. I need to know how many outdoor antennas, type of antenna (vertical, yagi?), and distance between them. The same goes for the indoor antennas as well.

I look forward to your reply.

Most likely, if it isn't outputting a signal at all, then you have had a failure with/on the power supply rail, to the Final Output semiconductors, inside the unit. most likely the main Amp, has fried itself, this is quite common, it can be caused by induced spikes and surges. This then would fit with the symptoms you describe.
You need to also check your antenna & connections, and also the input. You need to check, that there is drive on the input. IE: This also means to check, the output of the "Driving" unit. See if it all works, sans, the "Booster" if it does then you need to repair/replace the Booster. If NOT then you most likely need to replace the driving unit. You need to isolate the exact cause.

Error code 5100 check printer

This is probably a Canon printer and code. If so, it is the "ink waste pad is full" warning. There are work arounds to keep from having to clean the pad. Here are two methods to eliminate the message. The only other ways are to take it to a repair shop or dismantle the printer and clean the pad yourself. Not advised, This is messy.

This works on many different printers.

Waste ink full reset

These are the instructions which worked for me on my Canon pixma mp470:

1) Close the print head cover, and turn off the printer. While pressing the Resume/Cancel button, press the Power button. (Do not release the buttons. The LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.)

2) While holding the Power button, release the Resume/Cancel button. (Do not release the Power button.)

3) While holding the Power button, press the Resume/Cancel button three times, and then release the Power and Resume/Cancel buttons. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.) During initialization, the LED blinks in green.

4) When the LED stops blinking and lights in green, press the Resume/Cancel button the 4 times. (Each time the Resume/Cancel button is pressed, the LED lights alternately in either orange or green, starting with orange.)

Canon i470D Printer will not work. Yellow light

1. Turn off the printer ( "Power" button).

2. Hold the button "Resume", include printer (click "Power").

3. Hold the "Power" button, release the button "Resume" (power indicator / preparedness must turns green)

4. Not releasing the "Power" button, double click "Resume" and release both buttons
-- each time you click "Resume" power indicator / willingness to change color (one-click - yellow, the second hitting - green). U printers with more than one indicator - indication switches (power indicator / preparedness - green indicator error - yellow)
-- after the buttons are released, power indicator / preparedness will be for some time to blink green (Stamford time depends on the printer model), and then the green light permanently
-- If after these actions instead of constantly burning green printer continues to display error, or you are mistaken in paragraphs 1-4 (turn off the printer and repeat with paragraph 1), or if additional printer error that must be corrected, or it will not go down to a service mode.

5. Four times click "Resume" (each time you click "Resume" power indicator / willingness to change color, and the printers with more than one indicator - indication switches: the willingness / error).

6. Once you click "Power" to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber). To disable the printer "Power" button to click again.
For some printers (for example, iP2000) to switch off clicking "Power" again, that is three in a row.

For Canon MP210 absorber is full

Three choices. 1. Take it in for repair. 2.Take the top off and remove and clean the pad. 3. Use the following instructions to reset the printer and continue printing. I chose number 3 and haven't had any problems.
These are the instructions which worked for me on my Canon ip470 and has work on many other Canon models:

5) Press the Power button. The LED lights in green, and the
selected function is performed. (When the operation completes, the printer returns to the menu selection mode automatically.)

6) Power off then back on and test.

Green light, followed by yellow light flashes 5 times, then green again. Print screen says operator error, press printer's resume button.

Hi there
You can try not really know but it like your waste ink needs to be reset.

Start with the printer OFF

1. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
2. Release RESUME
3. Press RESUME twice, then release POWER
4. Wait until print head stops moving
5. Press RESUME four times (if four doesn't work try three times)
6. Press POWER once
7. Press RESUME four times (if four doesn't work try three times)
8. Press POWER once

Repeating the RESUME/POWER code twice made the difference, the fixes I found wouldn't work because they stopped at step 6.
