If the supply failed I can tell you which parts to replace... and if it failed there may be a failure in the power amp that caused it. You can contact be directely at fredy2 @ aol.com... put Behringer in the subject.

The supply when it fails takes out eleven components including two expensive IGBT transistors. If the rearmost amp fried, add at least four more components and a lot of work carving out burned board and wiring around the blown circuit traces.

The rca is coming on and going off. the modle no.is m27501 &27f50

No way, Jose!
There are no diagrams for those type of TVs unless authorized service. Also, RCA is out of business. Check the power supply for bloated capacitors. If found, replace with one of the same value.

My laptop won't turn on. I put a new battery in and let it charge, but nothing happens when I push the "on" button.

Sounds like either the power supply cord or the charging curcuit on you mobo. I have ran into several HP laptops, can't remember the model, that the mobo AC/charging curcuit gets fried. Not saying that yours is, yet. If you have a voltmeter or test light, you could check the power cord and rule it out. Hopefully it is the cord and not the mobo.

Power won't stay on MdL 46EX3B/4K

check the curcuit board where the power supply is sometimes these sets get so hot the solder melts causing short curcuits,be very carefull as tvs can hold high voltage for many years and should be discharged first, there may be signs or arcing near power supply hope this helps...
