Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer
In some cases the connection get reversed. Not always necessary but in some cases.
The hot and cold water supply lines running into the back of your washer are probably reversed. In other words, the cold water supply line coming out of the wall is probably hooked up the the hot water connection on the back of your washing machine and the hot water supply line coming out of the wall is hooked up to the cold water connection on your washer. Make sure you TURN OFF the water supply lines before unscrewing the hot and cold water supply lines where they connect to the back of the washer and reversing them. If you don't turn off the water then you will have a flooded room when you disconnect the supply lines from the washer. If that is not the case, then check the hose and fill valve connected to the water passing line.If there is any kind of blockage then this can be the issue.
