Question about Canon imageRUNNER 5570 Copier
It shos E0000004-0010 code and how can i fix it?
Im new to this forum. I have an IR6570 giving me an error code E808-001, please help,

Also power failures will throw 5570s/6570s into E0004s when the power comes back on. Just reset the copier and you are out the door.

This is an error having to do with the fuser and the "Induction Heating" element not working. The book says the IH power supply is bad or the IH control mechanism is bad. The sub code you give is not in the book. I would reset the error first just to make sure it isn't just a glitch. First press the additioanl function button, then depress the 2 & 8 keys at the same time, then the additional function key again. This gets you into service mode. Highlight the copier key on the touch screen by touching the copier button on the sceen, then function, then clear, then err. Turn of the main power switch on the right side of the copier. Wait a few seconds then turn it back on again. If the error comes back then you will have to do more troubleshooting and maybe having to replace a fuser assy, power supply, DC Controller, etc.
