Verona Express 2 Cup Coffee Machine

We have a second hand Verona Express 2 Cup Coffee Machine that leaks water whenever you turn it on.... The leak is coming from the nuts at the top of the machine. Do you know who makes this machine or if this is a common problem with these machines as this has been repaired twice now.!!!
