I have no idea what port you are talking about, but the sockets for mouse, keyboard, video (if integrated), USB, etc are all part of the motherboard.
You must replace the motherboard if one of those ports/sockets are not working.

CyberPower PC HDMI port not working after power outage

This fault could be caused by a lot of things. First you should check your power supply. A tester is available for only a few quid. and it is easy to use. Also check your RAM.If you have a different display port (VGA,DVI etc.) on your tower then try getting a signal from that. This will tell you if the computer has failed or if it is only the HDMI port or Graphics card.

Usb port is broke on my tower, wondering if ya'll had replacement parts.

Replacing PC internals can be tricky; it's sometimes very dependent on the type of tower/brand of PC you're using, as some have the USB ports a unique size and are fixed into quite hard-to-reach areas. What's the make and model number of your PC tower?

My keys of my keyboard aren't working, what can i do to solve my problem? ( just especific keys aren't working )

The keyboard may be faulty or the keyboard chip on the motherboard may be faulty.
To determine id it is a motherboard problem, connect an USB keyboard into ythe laptop's USB port and if the keyboard works correctly then the laptop's keyboard needs to be replaced.
A replacement keyboard may be available from this WEB site.

Where do i connect speakers

Depends what type of speaker connection you have.

If its a micro jack - small and round, it goes in the green port on the back of the tower.
If its a USB, oblong - then one of probably several usb ports on the back of the tower.

USB ports

When you computer boots up you need to enter the cmos mode. Normallly it's the F-8 fuction key, but sometimes it can vary from pc to co. When you get inside the CMOS screen look for the usb ports, they should have a Enable/Disable. I am pretty sure that for some reason, the default is Disable.

Try this and let me know if this fixes the issue.
