Question about Water Tech Pool Buster Pool Cleaner

1 Answer

I have a Blue Diamond Robotic Pool Cleaner that only runs for about one minute and shuts down. I've emptied the filter bag but this did not solve the problem.

How do you clean the filter on aquabot

I have a small stream nozzle on my hose that puts out a good but of pressure. I turn the filter bag inside out and spray it til it's white. I then turn it back in and spray water from the inside out. The bag is also machine washable if it still isn't clean.

The power converter is bad and needs to be replaced. Check and see what warranty the manufacture might supply. ( I deal with this all summer long at our store)

Will not clean shallow end of pool heads directly to deep end

Make sure that the Floating Handle is locked diagonally across the top of your Aquabot's body.
Clean the Filter Bag thoroughly so that the fine particles of dirt that get trapped within the fibers of the
Filter Bag are removed. To test if the Filter Bag is inhibiting the
Aquabot's performance simply remove the Filter Bag and operate the cleaner without it. If the Aquabot then pumps
water strongly, and climbs the walls properly, the Bag most likely requires a thorough cleaning

My robokleen vac runs for a few minutes then just stops. I checked the wheels nothing is stuck in there. Any suggestions?

With these pool cleaners, there are several things that you should check. Make sure that your filter bag is not full and does not have any large debris that would hinder movement. Make sure that your impeller is not jammed or broken and check the entire drive system for objects that might have become lodged.

Doesn't run

With these automatic pool cleaners, you can usually do some basic maintenance to get it to move. First, check to make sure that the cable is completely uncoiled and is not restricting flow. Next, make sure that the filter bag is clean and the impellers are not blocked. Finally, make sure that the axle bearings of the front and rear wheels are clear of debris/leaves.

Pool cleaner Won't move

For these automatic pool cleaners, make sure that the filter bags are clean and free of obstructions. Check your impeller. Sometimes hair and other materials can get caught in the impeller and can cause the unit not to move. Finally, make sure that you are getting adequate pressure from your return lines.
