You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below...
Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer
go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files) Now open the file in notepad , No you will see the password.

Clean and dry the battery terminals, check if the battery has swollen which indicates poor battery, reset all the settings to factory default, possibility of bad memory cells (memory card), it seems the handset is still in warranty period, contact nokia customer care for free repairs or replacement.
