Generally you can deposit money into the person's bank account anytime if you know the name and number of it, but some countries eg USA, have restrictive laws on the movement of money in and out of the country, and you may find this method blocked.

Another way might be Western Union, but this is not reversible, so if there is any chance you are being scammed, don't do it.

Asking the person or business you'd like to pay

To find a SWIFT code through Online Banking, simply:

Log in to your bank site.
Choose your payment destination
Nominate the amount and account you'd like to pay from
Enter the recipient's bank details
Search for the SWIFT code by entering the name or city of the recipient's bank.

Just keep in mind that you'll need to use an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) for:

All Euro currency payments to Europe and the UK

The interest earned on the fixed deposits is considered as income and bank is required to deduct tds on it. If ur father's total income is less than exemption limit then he can submit form 15h and tds will not be cut. Just from U.S. bank account only

As per the provisions of companies act 2013. A company is a separate legal entity company can hold assets in own name, and company can file suits on third parties on Company's name so by the above provision concluding that a shareholder bank account will not be used for the company purpose he must create a another bank account for the company.
