First check for obstruction in the suction hole in bottom. often that's all it is. Assuming that's ok, there are a number of problems you can have, if your not comfortable taking it apart take it to local pool store they should check it for free, and replace any parts for free labor parts only if it needs anything. Otherwise if you wanna take apart yourself, if could be a bad bearing, turbine, a-frame. loose a-frame to pod connection, etc. or some other obstruction further up in the cleaner.

Hi my washing machine is tangling up all the washing around the agitator then going out of balance, stops spinning, lights start flashing and beeping? Please help me...

Make sure the agitator is down as far as it can go on the shaft. If it has worked itself partially off the shaft it can cause a gap that will cause your clothes to tangle around the agitator.

I'm guessing it is because the tension is not just right, the bobbin might not be the right size, the thread type top and Botton might not be the same, or you just might need put in a new needle the right size.

Any good ideas for storing yarn without it tangling? My yarn is so messed up and it takes me ages to untangle before I can even get started.

Try taking a 2 liter soda bottle. Wash it out really well and stick the ball of yarn inside and feed it through a hole in the lid. It will stop it rolling around and getting all tangled. You can also use an old oatmeal can for this.

Need to know how to properly thread , the problem is once we start to sew it moves a little then stops thread tangles on bobbin and breaks from top. we try different ways of threading

Check that the thread is tight around the bobbin. Make sure that the bobbin is in the right way around - the bobbin thread should double back on itself coming out of the bobbin holder. The bobbin tension adjustment is the small screw in the plate on the bobbin case that the thread passes under as it comes off the bobbin and goes out. This might not be exactly the same as yours but should give you an idea of the position.

E6. Motor locked up because the thread is tangled. I have re-threaded machine and bobbin; thread still tangles after 2 or 3 stitches. HELP!

In my Brother CE-4000, it appears as though the feed dogs (which you can change to a higher position or a lower position) are allowing the bobbin case to spin all the way around and then the needle hits the bobbin case. When the feed dogs are in the lowest position, the bobbin case does not spin all the way around when the needle moves up and down (and therefore the needle does not get stuck in the bobbin case. I am wondering if this is a problem with the feed dogs/case?

The washer states "Pulsating System for Tangle

Tangling problems are normally related to how the washer is loaded. Do not place a garment around the perimeter in a circular fashion. Instead drop the article straight down in a kind of 'heap', one item next to or on top of another but not layed out in a circle. Hope this helps.

Brother 8500D sewing/emb machine - upper thread stops feeding

If the thread is hanging up at the spool - this could be the way it was manufactured, a nick in the spool end or the thread is unwinding too fast, puddling and wrapping around the spool pin.

Keep the bobbin case and surrounding area clean and free of thread tangles and snips. Thread tangles in this area can cause the machine to stop.

When the presser foot is down on any sewing machine, the tension closes and you cannot manually pull the thread through.

Sulky and C & C black tends to fray more than other brands of thread.

If the problem continues, the machine will need to be serviced by a professional.

Thread tangled in the bobine

I had this same problem yesterday. I took apart the needle tension casing and now it doesn't get tangled or stop. The only thing is the bobbin is not sewing...it looks fine on the top, but the bottom is just loose loops.

4. Lead thread passing it first through the lower slot of the thread guide. Next through the upper slot, leading the thread to the right and around (illustration 3).
5. Wind thread clockwise around front of bobbin winder tension disc (illustration 4).
7. Pass thread end, from inside, through small hole in rim of bobbin.
8. Holding thread end, step on speed controller to run machine until desired amount of thread is wound. (Winding stops automatically once bobbin is full.)
9. Cut thread; push bobbin to the left and remove it from bobbin winder pin.
10. Trim thread end from top of bobbin.
11. Press the bobbin winding indent on hand wheel to its original position. If necessary, turn hand wheel to engage needle movement.
