You can find your system sound driver by;

  • right click My Computer Icon and choose Manage
  • Device Manager
  • Expand Sound, Video and game controller Icon
The drive if installed will be displayed.
  • you may not see the driver name if the driver is not installed.
However, from the system model you can find the sound card name that comes with such system.

Hello, Have you partitioned and formatted the drive you want to back up to? It sounds like it doesn't have a drive letter. Is the backup drive internal or external? Unfortunately you give no information about your device that can be answered.
Is it a brand new drive?
Is it internal or external?
Has it been used on this system before (ie what is the drive letter)?
Let us know.

XPS-410 needs to have MCE 2005 Rollup two SP3 replaced by Windows 7 64 bit. Too many problems to list currently but will work limited programs

Not sure what you are trying to do. If you are trying to convert 32 bit to 64 bit Apps, try going to manufacturers website to look for drivers.
Win 7 will actually find the best drivers for your devices.

How do i know i sound driver of my computer?

If you have the manual, it's should be written there. If you don't have the manual, search for the computer's or motherboard's specification. In the google search box, type in the system's name with "specification" eg. Hp Mini 210 specification, and look for the specification. You'll be able to find out the sound card and the sound drive codec of that particular system or motherboard.

The best way to get the specs is from the manufacturer's website. If you need further help, let me know.
Good Luck.

I dont have ani more cd drive

Hi,

The X-530 are analog speakers. They do not require drivers, your sound card does. You should install the Sound/audio Drivers for the sound card.

What is the PC configuration ? Let me know the PC model and operating system or the sound card you are using for further help.

Regards,
FixYa

I can not play my songs using media player it

Hello,

The first thing that I would advise you to do is,

Uninstall the Sound Adapter totally from the System first,

Then go to "scan for hardware changes",

This will bring up a prompt to install the new hardware found (Which is your Sound Adapter).

If it doesn't install automatically, then navigate and go to where the driver is located on your system hard drive or flash drive.

After doing this and installing it, restart your system.

It should work like that.

(In case you dont know how to uninstall the Adapter, Right-Click on my computer Icon, Properties, Device Manager, then select the Adapter under Sound Adapters adapters, and right click on it, then select uninstall.)

Hope this helps.

Goodluck and thanks for using Fixya.
