So, I'm new with Kaspersky Internet Security (7.0.1.325). 30-day trial to see if it works for me. I turned on the Proactive Defense, then a bunch of pop-ups signaling that I should allow or block incoming or outgoing network transmissions showed. I didn't really know what to do, I allowed a few things and blocked a few. Those that were blocked were mostly Skype outgoing transmissions. I wasn't actively using the program, so I thought it should be fine to block those at the time. (I also cleared the report cache in the meantime.) So, now the program will not send or receive calls at all. It gives a message saying "No proxies found", which I believe is a direct result of my blocking the transmission earlier. Since I cannot find the Kaspersky report of the 'block', how can I allow these transmissions so that I can use Skype again? (I did try to uninstall and reinstall Skype, but to no avail.)
Thank you for your time and assistance.

On the right corner of the taskbar found the kaspersky monitoring icon. right click that and then click the setting. then click the treats and exclusion.. see pic below,
