Hello bonkerj,

if you are using Windows and go to "My computer" or "Computer" (if on Vista), you should be able to see your hard drive, any CD drives and so on. With your camera plugged into your computer, you should also be able to see that camera.

Double click on the camera in "Computer", and you should find folders. Now I dont know exactly which camera you are using now, but many cameras have only 2 folders. 1 for picture memory, and one for some system files.

If you can find your picture files, you should be able to highlight + copy/drag them right over to the folder of your choice on your computer.

I really hope that this has helped to solve your problem, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you. Good luck!

Something I also forgot to mention, since you said your camera memory is full... If you are able to access the pictures in the way I explained above... You should also be able to delete these photos as well.

If you can list the brand and model of your camera, I should be able to find the appropriate drivers/software for you, to fix the use of your wizard.

The link to the driver software is as follows,

The only problem that I can see might come up is that the driver that is available is for Windows 98. Now the driver might still work with what Windows operating system you are using, so please still follow the directions on that website.

According to that website, your camera is considered a "historical product", meaning that it is a bit dated and the support for it may be minimal.

Even still, please try the drivers that are on that website and let me know how it worked.

I hope that this has helped to fix your problem, good luck!

What if your camera says Memory full and there is no sd card in the camera and no pictures or files

Some digital cameras have a small internal memory, maybe that's the memory gone full, to download pictures from there you need the USB cable provided with camera or change photos storage location in setup, after inserting a SD card.

I need English instructions as to how I download photos from my exilim digital camera to my compueter

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. And a small card reader is no bulkier than a USB cable.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( ).

How to download pic. from a camera to a computer

I will give you some instructions
  1. Install on your computer the software that came with your digital camera.
  2. Connect your camera to your computer using the USB cable that came with your camera. You must have a USB port to download pictures to your computer.
  3. Choose the folder where you want your pictures downloaded. The computer will choose the "My Pictures" folder by default unless you want them in a different folder.
  4. Preview the pictures. You can delete any you don't like or want. Make sure to delete them off your camera as well or the next time you download that picture will downloaded again.
  5. Select a picture and print. Some software will let you put borders and cute sayings on your pictures. Have fun with it.

No matter which computer I put my digital camera attachment to download pictures, it will not download pictures at all. It keeps telling me there is nothing attached (camera or scanner) to get pictures...

Since that you already used different computer still its not detecting the camera It means the problem is either On the USB cable itself or on the camera USB slot. Because windows XP vista or Windows 7 has a generic driver for all the camera it should detect all the camera thats been inserted on the CPU.

try to used different USB cable and make sure the USB cable is MODEL U-8 thats the right cable for your camera
