The Intel D102GGC2 motherboard has two memory slots that will support up to 1G of DDR2 533 (PC4200) or DDR2 400 (PC3200) SDRAM in each slot for a maximum total of 2G. There is a note on the Intel webpage that states that the memory should support SPD (Serial Presence Detect), which means that it should conform to JEDEC standards. Sorry, the Intel D102GGC2 does not support Windows 7, which means the drivers for Windows 7 are not available from Intel. That motherboard will support Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Linux.
