Hello there,
I recently purchased the BELKIN F5D8231-4 WIRELESS N1 ROUTER and cannot figure this out. Every time it asks for an encryptian key, I type one in and it disconnects from the internet. When I put the connection on unsecured it connects fine with all my computers. What do I need to do to be able to use this router for all my computers in my house? Is this a problem with my isp provider or should I be calling tech support for BELKIN? I also use trend micro anti-virus protection. Is there something I am missing? Please help me.

There's a big possibility that the security key that you're using is not correct that's why its not working and when you set the security to disable its working and doesn't have anything to do with your ISP better call belkin for that so they can give you the correct way to connect to a secured network.
