The only thing that's left is your motherboard. The usual culprit in a black out mode is the power supply and the motherboard. Try using a certified good motherboard. Try also to check on the display card. Also, check for compatibility of the power supply, the motherboard, the processor, display card and the memory

. I WAS LOADING A FRESH LOAD OF WIN-7 AND IT JUST TURNED OFF AND WILL NOT TURN ON AGAIN

I would remove the main battery first and try powering up the computer, next! sub out the ram memory one at a time and test as you go to see if you can restart it, next! disconnect all power including battery, press and hold power for 2 minutes to reset the processor, if none of these work you will need someone to assess the motherboard for repair or possible replacement.

Check the processor's heat sink fan. Make sure it's spinning. Blow out any dust or vacuum (w/ no power to the tower.) Reseat the memory. Try with one memory stick if you have two, resassuring to put in slot 1. Sometimes two different types of memory act weird together. Make sure memory is compatible. (ex. PC2100...)

My hp 7060n won't pwr on. I checked the ps it test

I don't think you know what you are doing. No computer will boot without memory! And no mo bo will work without the 4 pin connector being attached to mo bo along with the 20/24 pin mo bo connector..
Listen, keep it simple and just plug in another known working ps to see if unit works. If it still does not work, then your issue could be corrupt bios, bad hard drive, corrupt OS, bogus peripheral, bad memory.

I have a foxconn mobo model g31mv and has a problem with the video, well it shows nothing at all. Ive changed the memory, power supply, jumped the bios and check all the wiring and nothing. So.. what...

Hi,
Try this motherboard troubleshooting beeping code first.
No beeping means short circuit, loose parts.
One beep means everything is working good.
Two beeps means CMOS error.
One long beeps, two short beeps means video problem
Three long beeps means keyboard error.
Continuous long beeps means memory not detected.
Continuous Hi-Lo beeps means processor overheat, loose blower fan heat sink.

If no beeps need to change capacitor parts of motherboard for burn, short and open leakage.
