Check with pneumatic spares shop to get the size that will suit your requirement.
These are universal types as you can get the correct size of these hose by taking along the pump so as to test the inlet size.

Tub Seal

If the washer is leaking water the tub seal might have a tear or rip and is letting water leak past. The tub seal can be replaced. When the tub seal fails water gets into the tub bearings and usually causes the bearings to go bad also. It is a good idea to replace the tub bearings with the new tub seal.

Door Boot Seal

Tub to Pump Hose

If the washer is leaking water the hose from the tub to the pump might be split or torn. Don't try to cut off the bad piece of hose and stretch it to fit the pump, this will put strain on the remainder of the hose and may cause a sudden and complete failure of the hose which will dump potentially hundreds or thousands of gallons of water onto the floor because the next time the washer tries to fill all of the water will end up on the floor and so the washer will never shut off the valve. Any time there is a damaged hose, replace it completely with the OEM part.

Washing Machine Fill Hose

If the washer is leaking water, check the fill hoses on the back of the washer, this is the most common place for water to leak. If the washer still has the original black rubber fill hoses replace them with stainless steel or some other, more durable hose.

Drain Hose

If the washer is leaking water check the drain hose. The most common places for the hose to spring a leak is from the connection to the pump out to the back of the washer. Another common occurrence is when the washer gets pushed too far back against the wall.

Washer does not drain after rinse cycle

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Usually water not draining at all is due to the drain line that is clogged and/or because of kinked drain hoses that’s attached to the Drain Pump. In many washers, a small sock or other piece of clothing can get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. If the clothing gets between the tubs, it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump--or even into the pump itself. If it's in the pump, you need to remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out. To remove the sock from the outer tub port, open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then, using needle-nose pliers try to grab and remove the clothing through the port. Sometimes you can't remove the stuck clothing from below. Then you have to remove the agitator, top of the outer drum shield, and inner clothes tub. If you think that this isn't easy to do--and you may need special tools—then you might be happier getting a qualified appliance repair technician to do the job. If the drain line isn't plugged, the problem may be with your pump. Even if the pump appears to be turning, the internal impeller may be broken. If so, you need to replace the pump. Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

WMD960 or 940 washing machine does not drain water it backs up and has led to flooding. Plumbing is not blocked, hose is at correct height. Do the pipes need to be bigger to the waste? It is brand new...

Hi,

Please check the hose connecting the tub. Is there some thing stuck which is not allowing the water to drain. Most the of the washers have a catch sleeve inside the drain line before the drain pump. Remove the lower front panel to access the pump and remove the large hose from the drum. Inside the hose is the sleeve, take out the sleeve and clean it. Maybe that a sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. In this case it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump. Remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out. In case it clean there, check the outer tub port- open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Let us know if you were looking of something else.

Kenmore washer model 11o 13 years old doesn't agitate or spin

Hi,

If water does not Drain, follow the below guide to investigate :-

It spins, but doesn't pump If your washer spins but doesn't pump the water out, the drain line is probably clogged.

Then, using needle-nose pliers, try to grab and remove the clothing through the port.

Sometimes you can't remove the stuck clothing from below. Then you have to remove the agitator, top of the outer drum shield, and inner clothes tub. This isn't easy to do--and you may need special tools--so you might be happier getting a qualified appliance repair technician to do the job.

If the drain line isn't plugged, the problem may be with your pump. Even if the pump appears to be turning, the internal impeller may be broken. If so, you need to replace the pump.

It doesn't spin or pump If your washer doesn't spin or pump water out but the motor is running, your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley. If so, you need to replace the pump. To check the pulley, remove the pump from the washer and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely--if it's frozen or stiff--replace it.

It pumps, but the water returns If the water that pumps out of the machine goes back into the machine after the spin cycle, your washer may be siphoning the water from a laundry tub that has a slow drain, back into the washer. The usual remedy for this is to improve the draining of the laundry tub. (Is something stuck in the drain?) Also, check for these problems:

  • If the drain hose reaches more than about 4 inches into the laundry tub, cut off the excess.

  • If your drain hose is lower than the washer's cabinet, install an air gap/siphon break assembly.
Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

I have a kenmore front load washer model number 4174104200 and water is leaking onto floor.

Can you describe WHERE the leak may be coming from? If the leak is coming from the front area of the washer, it may be the door bellow (rubber gasket), or the drain pump. You will need to open the door and pull back the folds in the rubber gasket and inspect for cracks or tears in the rubber. To inspect the pump, you need to remove the bottom panel under the door and look for any leaks inside the unit. The drain pump is in the front, directly under the wash tub. Also check all hose connections. If the washer is leaking from the rear area, check the fill hoses and drain hoses for cracks or holes. Make sure all hose connections are tight. The fill valve is another possiblity too. You will need to remove the top panel to view the valve to ensure it is not dripping. Please verify your symptoms and let me know. I hope this helps.
