If it was installed on the computer when you bought it, it should be on one of the other recovery discs that came with the machine. Maybe a disc called "programs" or "applications". If you installed it later, you should have the source disc that you bought. re-install it from that. If it was a pirated copy, then you are out of luck.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Impossible to open any MS Office application

Try to reinstall MS Office and give it full permission to the internet. Maybe you have to turn off your firewall and antivir for the install process. These things interfere alot.

I hope this helped you.

I called MS tech support back asking them to restore the MS office 2003 which was pursed with the virus they purged, but they have not gotten back to me.

Cant you reinstall with the same product key?
I mean, you uninstall and then reinstall the software. At the activation time, when you are calling them, tell them the complaint number (or reference number) that you previously used and say that you have reinstalled the software.

How to download outlook for ms office 2003

You do not want to download the Free Outlook 2003 (any site offering free outlook 2003 is a scam/spyware filled) You can download Outlook free as a trial from Microsoft. Do not trust and Outlook or other Office software from any place besides Microsoft.. You want to download Microsoft Office 2007 Pro which is paid software. MS Outlook 2003 is not free. Go to Microsoft.com

Window XP Home Edition Reinstallation?

If you did a reinstall of the Microsoft Widows XP or Vista and expected Microsoft Word documents to be usable without also reinstalling Microsoft Word you are out of luck. Microsoft Word is a seperate software suite. You can do one of the following:
1. Use openoffice to work with the word docs (openoffice.org for the free download)
2. Get ahold of MS Office from either a store purchase or a friend with a volume license.
3. Download from Microsoft.com the trial version of MS Office 2007 and use it until the trial runs out.

Hope this helps.
