Try resetting it to factory. press f10 while rebooting to access menu. it will erase your data, but should fix it

Hmmmm u may need to take it to a shop.. or reinstall the OS u were useing if u have the disc... but before that if u have stuff on the lap top u need u will have to pay some one to take it off for u before u reinstall it...
