Question about RIM BlackBerry Bold 9000 Smartphone
First, back up all your files to your desktop for safekeeping.
Here is the process from RIM, to reinstall the operating system:
Download the self extracting file from here:
NOTE: Do not elect to install, but save to disk. Once it's on your PC, make a copy, then extract it. It will install in the correct directories.

Hi, in 90% cases this is a network problem but in 10% cases this is a hardware problem.... so first contact AT&T and lodge a complaint. .... then take back up or your phone, and do a hard reset on it.. if problem persist then re install the OS of the phone... still you face the same problem then there may be hardware problem relating to network receiver, therefore get it serviced...
