O2 XDA II Grounded? (No one Cant Solve it)

Yesterday I am Charging my XDA II Phone using a computer in its cradle. When I remove it from the cradle the yellow light located in the upper right portion which indicates its charging is still on. so I restart my device but it is still on when I connected it to a computer (turned off) my mouse starts to light seems like its conducting the energy from my phone. My phone drained so fast minutes ever since so I had never used it again ever since. Can someone help me please I really need this phone. Thanks in advance
