Image appears in 3D and bowed- Will not allow manual adjustment on convergence and is not auto adjusting. Help?

Its either the convergence power supply or the convergence board that you need to replace. Go to this site and leave them an email with your model number and what the symptom is they will be able to tell you for sure.
