This implies that the company might be intrested in yer resume or your performance at the interview. So they would rather listen to a positive and impulsive answer from your side. So do not hesitate in leting them know that you will be most pleased to work with them and also let them know an appropriate date or in the weeks to come when you will be able to join. You must note that if you are already working in a concern then it is VERY necessary that you file your papers with the company before itself. Because in few concerns you will have to file the resignation before 2 months or so. This will help you decide on when you are likely to start your work with the new organisation.

If an interviewer asks me about my background and my accomplishment and i've never worked before. should i be personal or educational?

Hello there!

Whenever an interviewer for a job asks you a personal question like "tell me a bit about yourself", or "past accomplishments" (I've learned the hard way), they're wanting an answer which relates to an event, interest or skill that possibly would make you a more desirable employee. --

For example: If I were in an interview and was asked the same question, I'd likely mention a time where I was was asked to do something which I never thought I could accomplish before; or perhaps a really big job / task which I normally wouldn't attempt to do... something that proved to yourself that you *COULD* actually achieve -- and most importantly, something which "accidentally" taught you a new skill that could be used in future tasks or jobs you might come across.

I honestly wish you the best in your interview, and hope you get the job! Good luck!

What is expected from me when the interviewer says i must tell him about myself?

The interviewer is trying to get you to relax and answer with unrehearsed statements. To prepare think about the job that you are applying for. Are there any parts of your life that support your wish to work at that task? Can you talk about them? Don't share weird stuff or too much. Watch the interviewer and see if you can tell when he or she starts to be uncomfortable with too much info and stop talking. Usually mention of a pet or hobby is a good place to start.

How Do I Effectively Interview Job Candidates?

So here is my take on it.
Make a list of the job criteria that the candidate has to meet and ask questions that test their knowledge.

Ask questions that will require the answers that you will judge the candidate on

question previous experience

ask what they have learnt from making mistakes, everyone makes mistakes, not everyone learns from them

dont ask questions like "if you were a car what car would you be"

also I suggest a few of the following:-
are they dressed smartly
are their fingernails clean
are their shoes polished
do they sit confidently
do they make good eye contact
do they consider their answers before speaking

Most of all you must be confident and not be afraid to ask difficult questions.

does that help for starters?

I desperately need megapixel 10x digital zoom f 3.85mm webcam drivers for windows XPsoftware as i am being asked to conduct an interview for a job and am out of money and other options, this is the only...

You need to buy a camera with which the drivers are available or since you are in the red it is best to borrow one from a friend to set it up on your PC or the best option is to go to a CYBER CAFE for the interview time.

What i have to tel when HR people ask Tel about yourself?

When going for a job interview, do some research about that company and the job description.
When they ash you "Tell about yourself" formulate your answer to fit the job position - your varied interests, hobbies, etc. Tell them what attracted you to apply to work for this company, its prospects etc.
Be relaxed, natural and honest, dress smartly and when speaking to a person look at their eyes.

I wisk you best of luck in your job interviews.

In an interview if an interviewer ask me a question that "why will i select u " thn how should i answer?

your answer should highlight your main strengths, & how the employer would benefit from them in the job. For example, if you have strong organizational skills, your answer should point out that, giving an example what positive impact this could have on the job. And so on.
