None of these is the problem. I have properly inserted a new staple cartridge and I know it is inserted into the machine properly. Any other suggestions?

This is caused by something being tripped up in the sensor on the unit. It is usually indicative of failed sensor actually. Try unplugging the power from the wall on this printer, waiting at least 90 seconds, then replugging it in. Does it still get the error? You can try taking the staple cartridge out while it is on, turning the system off, then unplugging it again with the staple cartridge removed. Then plug it back in, power it back up and put in the new staple cartridge again. If it still has the error, the last resort would be to try another staple cartridge altogether, but rather than make that investment, at that point I'd call Samsung and set up a service appointment, because it will either need a new staple cartridge or replacement of that sensor that detects it. Either one can be done by the technician and that way you don't waste time and money trying yet another cartridge when it may just have the same error. Since this is a business class product you need to call them at 1-866-SAM4BIZ(726-4249)

The problem could be possibly due 2-3 reason

A) the plastic locking tab is not closed properly while you inserted the new staple cartridge
B)The staple cartrdge is not fitted properly
C)The Used staple cartridge was not replace properly

To solve this

Remove the cartridge and re-insert it while making sure that after fitting it you lock the lockin tab

Tun off the printer and re-start it

Hope this would help...if not please reply...we can perform further troubleshooting

My hp m3035 stapler is not working

Sounds like the cartridge is not feeding properly. I have seen a few of them fail. Remove the staple cartridge and tap it a few times on a table, you might be able to loosen up the staples, if not, purchase a new staple cartridge.

How do I reload staples into my Xerox WorkCentre 7530?

You did not indicate finisher? Xerox MFPs' come with the most finishing options of any manufacturer.... I included instructions for all of them below. Enjoy!
Solution : Load Staples in the Professional Finisher With Booklet Maker The stapler in the booklet maker uses two Staple Cartridges labeled R2 and R3. Booklet stapling requires that both Staple Cartridges be free of jammed staples.
WARNING: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.
  1. Make sure the printer has stopped copying or printing.
  2. Open the Finisher Front Door.

  3. Squeeze the orange R2 and R3 levers together and pull the Staple Cartridge unit out of the Finisher until it stops.

NOTE: The Staple Cartridge unit does not detach from the Finisher.

  4. Grasp the orange tabs on both sides of the Staple Cartridge and lift the cartridge out of the Staple Cartridge Unit.

HOW TO INSTALL STAPLES

Canon Image Runners have staple cartridges that can easily be installed. Just look at the area indicated on the lcd screen for location of where the staple cartridge is to be installed. Simply pull the used cartridge out with a gentle tug, then replace with the new one by simply pushing the cartridge in at a slight angle.

Hope this helps. :)

My 84 year-old mother has an Officejet 6300 printer. She is too old to figure out tech support, so she as asked me to write you. Recently, one of her cartridges was shown as empty. I instructed her...

You need to remove the cartridges, remove the print head (it might drip ink on you so be prepared), thoroughly clean and dry the electrical contacts on the print head, and return the print head then the cartridges to the machine. This has worked for us before.

Ink cart error

Is there a metal wire (clip) hooked on black plastic in the ink carriage? If not, these are notorious for breaking the small plastic hook....when broken, the cartridge is not held in proper postion so printer won't recognize that the ink cartridge is installed......no replacement parts are available for this series of printers.

924 says that black ink cartridge not installed

Hmmm....that sounds to be an issue with the ink cartridges...

You might be using ink cartridges purchased other than Dell or Staples...since these are the two who sell Dell Ink.

If thats not true, then take out both the cartridges in the printer.

Lets isolate the issue

1. Try only Black cartridge on Color slot(right). If you get Install both ink cartridges error, then its an issue with the Black ink cartridges and if you get message that install Black ink cartridge then its an issue with the prrinter.

2. Now install only color cartridge on Black cartridges slot(left), If you get color cartridge missing then its an issue with the Black cartridges which you are using and if you get install both ink cartridges then its an issue with the black slot on printer.

3. If issue found to be with Black ink cartridge then wipe the Nozzles(bottom) of the ink cartridge with lint free cotton cloth from back to front 5-6 times.

4. Also try replacing the ink cartridges purchased only from Dell or from Staples. Purchased from somewhere else or refilled might not work.

5. If issue found to be with printer, then i would suggest you to purchase new printer then.

Hope this fix the issue
